Verdun has lots to answer for - do you think he is on commission? I blame him for agastache, veronicatrum, hellebores, aconitum, wild swan and grasses. But the agastache take really easily from cuttings, so am expanding my collection for nowt
Here you are Panda - mainly Thalia and Silver Chimes. The ones in the vase are a mix - Cheerfulness is the one with the little double centre and the ones on the right are Tresamble
It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....
I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...
It is Forester. That one is 'Cygnet' but there's lots of them. It was in flower from April till September. I deadheaded and it's produced a few more flowers since. It has dark veining on the leaves which you can't really see in that pic. Great value plant and the bees love it too. I'm going to move it to a different part of the garden as the flowers are just a bit pinky for that bed. I'll split it first though.

Well, I feel a bit more presentable having had a shower to remove quantities of garden from my hair. It's been a bit wild out there! I was removing yet more couch grass and minding my own business when I heard a strange noise. It was the sound of the ridge ripping off the shed roof... Nothing I can do at the moment, except cover the mower with a tarpaulin, because said shed is on its last legs anyway and is decidedly rickety. Don't think it would bear my weight if I tried to re-attach the felt...
Home tomorrow. Wonder what state my own garden will be in?
Re white daffs: love Thalia. It has quite a distinctive scent, which is delightful.
