    Ooh a week ago I was in Giverny. (sigh)

    They grow in lines, gave me an idea for my cutting flower bed I'm going to have a go at.

    Everyone has been very industrious today.image 

    I've just been cooking for the freezer and dog walking.  I'm going back to Cheshire for a week on Saturday so I'm making sure there is food in the house not that they'd starve themselves here.

    Brunneras are lovely plants Yvie - good suggestion Verdun.  I have Jack Frost growing under a large acer and they are spreading nicely.  My original two plants have turned into siximage

    Only have 1 pot with bulbs that need moving somewhere when I re do my pots think I will have too wait a week or two for my bulbs

    Should be getting my nematodes this week to get rid of as many slugs as possible in the garden

  • brunneras everywhere-mad seeders particularly jackfrost-hadspen not so much and not a strong grower for me. grow it with dicentra aurea-they seem to like the same conditions

    Morning peeps - what a busy lot you were yesterdayimage.  Those of you who weren't grafting (or rearrangingimage) in the garden were in the kitchen instead.

    Had a great evening out with friends - lots of laughs, and world now put to rightsimage

    Plants arrived from Hardy's - aster monch and salvia ostfriesland .... Must go find the good guys threadimage.  Need a planting spree at the weekend.
