Mmmm, marmalade traybake Dove... Don't know how you managed to lose weight after retirement - I'm jealous! Having lunch at home with OH instead of an apple & sandwich like I had at work is making me porky. I blame him, of course - if he's away I stay in the garden and forget it's lunchtime...
Well, there may be some redeeming features in having to go to the dentist! Instead of being seen by my usual smiley Kenyan lady, I found I'd been moved to the newest dentist's list. He turned out to be an extremely good-looking young Spaniard with warm brown eyes and a winning smile... Phew!
Visiting a friend on her narrowboat this morning, then more stone-shifting this afternoon, hopefully. Hope this weather keeps up!

Everyone does seem to have more interesting things to do than me today as well Beau. Still - I'll be in the garden soon and it is nice to be back to boring normal
