Can I swap a little orchid for a little fairy for a while?? They seem very keen to help dad but not mum, although they did do a good job of building my picket fence around my veg patch......but that's because it was a joint effort by my 3 boys.

Right, I'm off, lots to do again image

You weren't there  when I posted OL.

My birthday is in September, I usually get a lovely sunny day, last year we were sitting outside eating at Brighton Marina

Years ago I had sciatica, I was crawling round on my handscand knees. Had alsorts of potions and was in bed for a couple of weeks. Nearly had to go into hospital. Hope I never get that again!!

Yes feel better for the sleep. But like fairy once I'm awake I get up, don't like to waste the day image

That's why I'm waking up at 5.30 every morning, I'm preparing for the morning sun bed dash with the towels image

Touch wood....I've never had sciatica and don't want it.....I hate not being able to do things and a sprained ankle was/is bad enough.  Those with it have my sympathy.

    Right......I'm off (again and definitely!!)

Like Chris Evans show too - although I also like 'our' Ken afterwards and his partner in crime Lyn that does the travel. Must be my age.

I'm off too  - can't be lounging around all day like some folk you know! imageimage

I like lounging, especially when the alternative is hacking at the hedge, not my favorite job and i always come off worse!

I dont really take a lot of notice of star signs but do like to know image, my mom is a virgo too, so you must be nice SGLimage

I think that must be me you're talking about Fairy,  Im definitely lounging this morning still in dressing gown.

Hope everyones back is OK. I bought a new matress which helped (its got a layer of that memory foam stuff on it).

I used to listen to radio two when I was at work and driving around a lot (must admit I was really a Wogan girl) but I really like peace and quiet in a morning.  Very rarely have radio or tv on when Im on my own I think it comes from living with a load of singers and musicians who cant do anything without background music.

Had a wonderful nights sleep, and a lie in, and dont intend to do anything until  Hubby returns from gym.  Then we are going to GC to get more compost and have a browse.  Chocamoccas have arrived from mag and I need to pot them up.  Must admit Im a bit worried about leaving cuttings and young plants alone when I go on hols.  The weather is so funny I really dont know whether to leave them outside or inside the GH.  If I leave them out we are bound to get frosts and if I leave them in summer will come back with a vengance.  I know your all going to say leave them in and get the sunshine back.  I go next week for a couple of weeks.  Ive held off taking cuttings but I dont know whether it will be too late when I get back.  Its my first year with a greenhouse so I dont really know what Im doing.  Any advice gratefully received.
