Was gonna suggest we had badge for each person....a panda for panda, a chick for chicky, a Dove for Dove.......but then what can you have for fidget or Kef or Yvie and Lesley
Ive got a pale pink geranium next to it. Ill take a look at the two you suggest. Thanks Topbird. Ive just had a quick peak and like the look of Rozanne.
Rozanne is brill - flowers from early summer till first frosts - mine (planted last year) are both about 2' tall by 3' spread and absolutely smothered in flowers (& you don't have to dead head it). Also looks good with Ann Folkard scrambling though it.
Heaven is ... sitting in the garden with a G&T and a cat while watching the sun go down
Lesley, like the fork and knife. My friend was looking for a new house and found one she really like but wouldnt buy it because the address was 4 Corfe Drive.
We went to see the Roscoea collection of Mr and Mrs Bream, at Stevenshilll in Shropshire. We set off early, went past. the V festival, but early, and I think all the revellers were still in their tents. Mr Bream showed me around personally. I bought some plants from the plant stall, and a few others he found for me from the collection stock. I had to borrow a wheelbarrow to take them to the car.
We spent an hour or so looking around. OH spent some time talking to the oragan grinder (not the monkey).
I'll put the garden photos on "gardens we have visited"
Then to avoid the fall out from the festival , we went to Ashwood nurseries for lunch and another mooch. Since I had already spent quite a bit, I restricted myself to one orchid for the house, one hellebore, and some colchicum bulbs.
