    Morning all image

So, another disaster at getting up this morning - I blame it on the onset of pants colder weather, I just don't want to leave the comfort of my duvet image

As am currently at the mine face I better get back to it. . . .

Hope you all have a good day, as others have said, it's Friday image might have a crunchie* later

Sorry you've had a bad time Punkdoc - what with  man-flu, dentist and the other. Things can only improve nowimage

I went for a bath last night, lay on the bed for five minutes and fell asleep so I missed the late chat.  Congratulations to Chickletimageimageimage

    Thanks for the tip Fairyimage

Sorry OL - not BL (they're not even next to each other on the keyboard)imageimage

Morning Lily image It's so close now that I'm on sleep countdown not weeks image 16 to go imageimage

Has anyone heard from. BusyBee2? I hope she hasn't disappeared because of that certain person?  I know she offered a lot of support image

I'm meant to be giving blood later but it absolutely wipes me out and seen as I'm only just feeling 'normal' again I don't know if I want to feel like that tonight, am I being selfish?? I could just postpone a few weeks image

doc - no need to apologise. Many of us were misled, and I like to think it's kinder to give people the benefit of the doubt until proved otherwise. That's all you and OL did.  image

I just stopped posting. Easier that way.

I'm good with a set of pliers - and I can guarantee I'd be cheaper than the dentist...imageimage

What crocus do you fancy? Mine are mainly white through to cream but I'm thinking of some dark purples for the areas where I have early purple planting - pasque flowers and  drumstick primulas etc.

LOL Lesley, I've been called worse and don't mind being BL....can I have her garden too image You have a reply by the way image I quite often get out of the bath and fall asleep on the bed.....I blame it on my new 'being mindful' thing that I do in the bath to totally relax and clear my head image

Morning Pdoc and everyone else image

We were kind to someone .... no need for anyone to apologise for anything, whatever happened after that image

Sorry to hear about dentist - I've been pretty lucky with my teeth (so far - fingers crossed) but son has odd teeth and they keep trying to charge him an arm and a leg to put right stuff they did wrong in his teens!  He really suffers with them image

    Morning all.

Further to tulips, I have some yellow Darwin tulips that have been coming up for about 15 years. Also some red ones that I planted about 5 years ago, but they are dwindling.

In France there are guidelines for dental fees and you can get estimates, not sure if people bother though. It's very expensive to run a surgery, equipment and materials are expensive and you have to pay the staff. Dentists usually earn a lot though, but there is a lot of stress working so finely in someone's mouth. High incidence of depression and backache. My son is a dentist, he is well off, but it's not without it's problems. He works very long hours as people need emergency treatment and want to be seen after work.

Dordogne and Norfolk. Clay in Dordogne, sandy in Norfolk.

I used to fall asleep in the bath OL - that's why I don't like themimage  I used to read in it so I had a lot of  very wrinkly books which were swollen to twice their proper size...image

I haven't forgotten about the hydrangea cuttings OL - there's more growth on the one that isn't flowering yet so I'll see if I can do a couple of cuttings soon. image

OL, not selfish at all, probably best if you left it a few weeks. You've been quite low these last few weeks with colds, headaches etc.

FG LOL!!  I have a friend that falls asleep in the bath and my sister does, I never have.  I love having a soak, it's my little sanctuary when I get in my lovely bath with my candles on image

Thank you Lily, I'll take your advice then and won't feel guilty image

You may have noticed I don't do teeth talk very well either LOL image
