    Good morning all,

Officially the first day of spring.

Thanks for the kind comments about my camelias. I'm lucky to be able to grow them here although roses don't do well here.

I bought four clematis from Morrisons last year. I potted them up as they were quite small and planted them out in the autumn. Three of them are growing away. Last week I found Clematis Etoille Violette at Morrisons , again for only £2.00. I have been looking out for this one ever since someone posted a photo of their's, I think it was Bizzy Lizzy.

My mission for today is to dig up some clumps of daff that have gone  blind and plant them round the pond. I know it's not the time to do this, unlike snowdrops, but I've done it before and they are now flowering again. I'd never remember which were the blind ones if I left it 'til the 'right' time. Going to rain later so will have to get out soon.

    Have a good day all.

Thank you MrsG,  she had a knee replacement last week, all ok at the mo. She's having to stay in quite a few weeks as this is about the 4th go on the same knee. But all looking good so far .
