Morning all. First frost here, lawn white. 3C. BUT, sun is shining and it looks a nice day.

Been reading about all the work people did yesterday, I was lazy to say the least. Must make up for it today.

    Fidget, hope you slept okay.

    Hope the diamond turns up.

More tea required, so catch you all later.

Morning - bit later today as have a medical appt - sitting in the car park waiting. OH had a productive day whilst i was galivanting yesterday - double dug our new veg patch and sowed hungarian grazing rye. Might be a bit late, but nothing ventured etc (another one for the quotes thread). No frost for us - the torrential rain all night kept it at bay. But lovely blue skies now.

Morning. Heavy frost overnight but sunny and cold now. Got to get myself motivated and get outside and do some stuff. The sunlight is good for keeping my mood up during the forth coming winter.

    Have a good day everyone.

  •  Still no frosts in Hampshire, not at the southern end anyway, so dahlias etc still flowering, just. Off to buy new pots for this year's tulips , bought at Malvern.

Just inside to warm up a bit. Have started weeding one of the borders but it is freezing. Am wearing washing up gloves to try and keep hands dry.

A robin has been following me around which is lovely.

No frost here when I woke up. I must ask OH if there was any at silly o' clock when he went.I slept well. Must have been the glass of wine on top of the painkillers. I find if I sit still it doesn't hurt. As soon as I put weight on my right leg I get a shooting pain through my right hip.  I might just have to sit down and eat chocolates.
