  • Wow dove those are some serious shoes.... I'm also probe to falling and breaking stuff. Last one was when I was pregnant and I tripped over a twig( can't call it a branch cause it was dinky) and broke my ankle!!!!!! Morning forkers cold and wet today it's baby D's yearly photo day today so gonna battle brushing her hair and getting her into a pretty dress!! Could take some time she's past a Tom boy she's a Tom man( even wees standing up!!) sure she was swapped, not that I'm a feminine floaty flower lol. Well lawn looks even worse today it's like a quagmire so won't be walking on it for a bit..... Have a great day and keep warm peeps

  • oh and clarington they no doubt will have changed their approach on how to assess a casuality( they do every year) no more dr abc...... Lol and this year they are hot on capillary reflex!!!! I suffer your pain I have to do 1st aid yearly and dread it I have a bit of a problem with resuss Annie I mean all those people over her poor plastic life breathing and salivating on her image Serious problem with doing my breaths always look forward to the compressions

  • Good morning Stacey image  It's not the shoes - it's the coiled spring-like things that fit over the soles - marvellous!!!  Now I'm not trapped indoors in icey weather image

    in our first aid, we can choose not to do the breathes, just tip the head back n it'll work like bellows to fill chest anyway, think that's how they said, anyway its now considered not necessary but is still widely taught for fear of confusion, in reality much simpler.

  • The government changes it's mind it used to be 3 and 5 now it's 1 and 30 so it's just a rescue breath and Nellie the elephant!!!! Lol or if you are a vinnie jones fan or beegees fab staying alive!!! Dove I have to say they do look great

    Morning all. Heavy frost here- but it looks pretty! Just looked at thermometer when feeding the birds and it was -2. Washing going out anyway- it'll freeze then defrost by the time I come home image

     

    It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....



    I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...
  • I keep one pair in the hallway and another in the car boot - just in case.
