Gorgeous day at Cromer - I've been there so many times, several times a summer every year since I was five - I don't think I've ever seen the sea so calm and blue - absolutely glorious.
That being said, despite taking along some very smelly bacon, and purchasing top end crab fishing equipment, they all managed to avoid us the only answer is, We Shall Return!!!
Very good cod and chips eaten, plus icecreams and cold drinks. Postcards and windmills purchased. The windmills are to keep Peabrain away from the broccoli - haven't I mentioned OH's friend, Peabrain the Pigeon
Hope people with poorly tums are better soon

Pictures are beautiful Punkdoc. I took some today and yesterday re. wanting to know friend or foe - and show off my glads - grown from scratch, just about first thing I planted here on my 'poo patch' as my OH calls it (it covers the fosse septique as they call a septic tank here) - however, google + is taking forever to backup pics so will have to add them later. Tomorrow off to my first gardening club meeting - hoping I won't come away feeling too jealous, it is to be held in someones's garden, apparently it is gorgeous. On the plus side a pique-nique lunch and wine is on offer. Sure I will find it inspiring and hopefully not too demoralising. I love my own garden just wish in reality it looked a bit more like I see it in my head. Ever onwards as they say, steady away!

Bekkie Hughes you nodded off! Dare I ask what you have been upto re over doing it a bit!
Dove I would like to say not a lot of chat cos I've been hard at it but nope!
Punk doc you are too hard on yourself, or should I say hard on your garden, hate is a strong word Your garden is amazing and guess you just get used to looking at it so you don't appreciate it and marvel at it like we do

DD, they never seem to look quite the same as in our heads do they? Some days I love my garden other days I hate it.
Fg, I have just seen those poppies, absolutely amazing.
Dove, I love Cromer, although it is years since I have been. Still love a crab sandwich.
Enjoy your evenings.
