Lol Panda, haven't touched a drop, honest.

Hi Tracey, good to see you, always here for you, bet by sunday you'll be tucked away in the gh, with your radio sewing seeds to your hearts content.image Best put a meal in the slow cooker, so you can stay there longer lol.

    Evening all,

Yesterday I got another pallet apart, spotted a few gold finches in the garden nice to see them back and a bird collecting nesting material

Today we managed to get painting up the station done as the weather has dried the sleepers nicely, that is most of the summer damson paint done - need to get the zingy lime and smooth pebble paint yet will take photos and post some when.

Later in garden took apart a few planks of wood off another pallet

Hovered mums car, to make it cleaner - bits of dirt from going to GC before

Bet Woody is so busy in the garden sorting out his new project of the roundabout

Edd how is your new project going?

    No seed sowing done yet?

Good morning all image  Second coffee needed here!  Went to bed really early last night, read for 10 minutes and slept like a log!  It's amazing how much better I sleep now I don't go to work (sorry folks, don't mean to rub it inimage)

Good Morning, sunny here, had some rain overnight, or so I am told. AWB I'm envious.

Will enjoy my brekkie this morning as butter is apparantly now good for you, per news. image

Morning all. Wet here but work all day for me so I don't mind. Plants are all nicely watered in and paint has stayed on the fence so it's all good image

Next week they'll tell us frying everything in lard is the best method of cooking KEF. image

Off for a quick look round before I leave.

It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....

I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...

I've been saying that for years KEF - I won't touch those strange things called 'spreads' - GP agrees with me too image

http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/health-26622399  - saturated fats (in moderation, and along with a balanced diet) are what we've eaten for millennia  - why should they suddenly have become bad for us?  That was my thinking anyway - seems Dove is right image
