Glad that you had an enjoyable day at the gardens. Have seen some of the photos on the other thread. They are amazing and you were so lucky with the weather
Gg you have had a good couple of days. Shame about the post person but at least you have a good Mum who could get the parcel for you
A house up the road was caught by the earlier thunderstorm and went up in flames (fortunately they were out) so since the storm is back and so bright I don't need the lights on to potter about it seemed a good time to remind you to know your escape plans and test your smoke alarms!!
Lovely photos on East Rushton thread Sounds like all who were gadding off yesterday to Woody's or Botanical gardens had a lovely time.
Woody congrats
Ystevie the brugmansia isn't hardy, Fidget grows them in a 3 yearly cycle and on the 3rd year they are left to the frost and another is ready for next year..hope that makes sense. Mine is a 2 yr old and will be dug up and go into GH and I'll take a cutting from it.
Lizzie soz to hear about your toms, hope you have a great time with family, if you have strength after all HW
Morning all..... Well still no tool bar on my iPhone!!!!!! Just been reading how you need two tomatillos to get any fruit!!! Darn it the slugs are the other one so I just have one amazing and healthy plant but alas won't get any fruit, unless they sell them at the chilli fiesta!!! Mmmmmmmm they sometimes do so I won't give up on it just yet!!!! Lesson learnt for next year! Laters peeps
