Hello all image Busy day today but good, just having a quick catch up then off for the final part of today's exercise, I have nicknamed Wednesday Tracey Triathlon day....swimming, waking and spinning - not for pleasure I hate spinning!!!

2 more sleeps Panda, that's fab, I think I have about 46.....just a rough guess as I'm not counting image

Lily, are you down to 10 now until the big day?  image

Slightly off topic....I am totally embarrassed to be a Blackpool fan tonight, featured on the local news tonight - 8 players in our team with just over 3 weeks until the start of the season and pre-season tour cancelled because we have no team!!  Sorry for those  non-football fans but I'm gutted imageimage

While I was making jam, I found the jam thermometer. I don't use it as I use the cold plate and finger test, follwed by the spoonful in the mouth test.

So I stuck it in the compost heap which is cooking nicely.  140 fahrenheit..image

I just found a poorly wood pidgeon, had to take it to the vets, think it will be put to sleep, poor pidgeon, but if i had left it by my wall it would have died very slowly. The vet must think i go looking for these things, it was a goose last time and a hedgehog before that!

Spin for me too today OL, still no thinner, but thats down to the biscuits! image
