Good morning all image  Quite grey and overcast here this morning and the forecast says the water butts will be filled.

I had a quick look at the forecast for our East Ruston trip - looks like sunglasses, sunscreen, long cooling drinks and parasols will be required image

Morning Stacey image   Think we in East Anglia have got some thunderstorms over the weekend before we get the fine weather and the heatwave - never mind - it'll fill the water butts.

I have made a decision - I'm going to order Aster x frikartii monch from Woottens this morning image It'll be perfect in the new front border and extend the flowering season image

I have changed my mind ............................................ I am going to drive down there today and buy it myself - and then I'll pop in and see the Aged Ps as well - it's not very far from them image

Morning all. No babies here - I've checked under all the bushes in the garden. I've never yet managed to grt partner to discuss babies. I think if we're ever to have one it'll be of the tipsy accident variety (I was a drunken accident when mother had too much wine and forgot her pill, he was the result of his father getting "over excited after going to a car show").

Just promise me OL you'll play it cool when the girlfriends come. My mother was cringeworthy when my brother started bringing girls home. Keep the baby photos locked away and for goodness sake don't mention weddings when they've only been going steady a few months - it makes you look a right fruit cake! (Made me so glad I didn't bother about boys til I'd left home! !)

Very warm here already - I'm hoping this might mwan they'll turn the air conditioning back on the office wasn't terribly fresh yesterday.
