Morning all. Raining. Glad I did gardening yesterday. But the forecast for the next few days is better than they had said it would be.

Lovely here. Gotta get out there. February Gold, almost out, shining in the sunshine. Greater spotted woodpecker on the peanuts and a couple of jays waiting for the crumbs. The usual collection of tits and finches all around. Springimage

Thank goodness he was able to get the part Bill - that sounds far too chilly to spend a few days without heating.

Can I have cake? I haven't earnt it yet but I've just volunteered an extra two hours unpaid work tonight to cover someone whose ill and it means I wont be home til when I should be serving dinner so can't see the chances of finding any time to bake one myself image
