Evening all. Sorry KEF couldn't remember who is was with the headaches, seems its Clarington.
Today I have made a small leaf compost area, washed up some pots, tidied up a bit and found lots more treasure. Small glass bottle, some more ceramics, and piece of metal with a flower on. Will post pics later.
Allium2 - yes, In Excess is reasonably priced, some things are bigger and therefore more pricey but you can find good things there. They also do fence posts and gates occasionally, paving stones too, and lots of compost. They also have a café which is a big plus.
Its the weekend tomorrow. Lots of garden plans - some pulmonarias to plant, the weeding/tidying mission continues, and time to start feeding my clumps of bulbs ready for next year. Hope everyone is on the mend.
Tracey - you are right - they do grow up quick. But remember to enjoy these teenage years too (although sometimes have to search a bit harder for the fun bits ).
Tracey, Chickys right the teenage years are fun too, but a bit more worrying. They go out more in the evenings, stay out later, learn to drive (arrrgg!) But we just told them we were thier taxis (& usually to their friends too lol) living in the sticks helped I suppose (saved them/us taxis fares!) But they were still fun years and we were lucky, not too much to worry about, phew
Well off to work, but at least its friday and next week i'm off. YAY!!

It's lovely. Didn't see much of it this winter
It looks great now, leaves just opening, almost flower-like in their yellowness.
