Some absolutely breathtakingly beautiful photographs. I feel guilty I don't have any to share - perhaps tomorrow I'll manage to get a couple. My cotinus is positively glowing and I have I think a Virginia creeper vine which is exquisitely red, my choisya sundance is always bright and beautiful but seems even more so against the greying backdrop of what will soon be winter and I I have four nandina domesticas which also always do me proud with their leaves turning orange and red and clusters of red are about to burst from the berries. I always say I love the garden in spring, then when it's autumn I think I love it then too and I love it in winter when it's covered in snow. I think summer is it's least vibrant time. Oh I forgot about the Physalis - some are turning skeletal now but there are still afew vivid orange.

Almost looks like it has been swallowed !! Perfect hosta - slugs obviously effectively repelled
