    What lovely memories Cat,  such a lovely man,  although I never met him,  his personality shines through his works.  Jeannie also.  You must have met him just before he died.

    Yes @Lyn he died just a few months later sadly. I’m so glad I got to meet him, he really was a beautiful soul.  He actually asked me if I’d like to move down as he needed someone to help organise his cottage and affairs but I had a career in Bristol at the time so it wasn’t feasible! Can’t wait to start re-reading all his books again now, so thanks for mentioning him and jogging my memory.

    Thank you to Joyce for reminding us about the early daffodils in Cornwall.  Brought back lots of nostalgic memories for us. ❤️

    Very wet and dark this morning, must walk the dog before the festivities begin.

    @Joyce Goldenlily Spring is just around the corner.  Lots of rain this end as well,  enjoy your walk,  if you pass a mad women on a bike,  that will be my Karen.😀

  • I am off to don my waterproofs and boots to walk the dog before coming home, changing and putting on my glad rags.

    She went on to Mevagissey this morning,  cane back soaked.
