Thanks @Fire, that is helpful. My battery often runs out before 7 hours, but I could playing a loop in the evening rather than overnight. It is a shame there isn't a 'timer' function (it would save the battery). Will have a look at the brown noise option, thankyou!

Probably not plugged in as it would be charging overnight, but I can put my small fan on for sleeping with the Lifemax noise machine which I can plug in too.

The air pollution in Dehli is by far the worst of any place I've ever been. I don't think even our big cities in the UK come close, but it would be interesting if there were similar studies comparing diabetes risk in urban and rural areas in the UK.
