6C was our overnight minimum last night. Not very much lower than the long-term averages for October though

Getting ridiculous here.  6C was the low, just before dawn, but now they're saying we'll be getting lows of 19C overnight on Monday and Tuesday.   It's mad.

  • We've had a light frost in my area, as well.  Temperatures are now hovering about 8-10 degrees above freezing overnight, so I'm still transplanting perennials. All of my vegetables except the leeks and carrots have been pulled.
