A good quality old fashioned cotton-covered pocket sprung mattress on a slatted base.
Mountainous Northern Catalunya, Spain. Hot summers, cold winters.
  • The framing of the question is a bit strange. It presumes we care what other people think 🤣

I am interested what other people think. I won't necessarily be influenced but I have an open mind. However, with regard to  Heinz Sandwich Spread and Angel delight, my mind is completely closed.

  • Avocado bathroom suites anyone?

What about evaporated milk @B3? My late FIL🥰 wouldn't have anything else on apple pie - used to have to really search for it in the SM. I haven't opened a tin since he died over 3 years ago. Think there are 2 small ones lurking at the back of the cupboard ready for his next visit.

Back in the day my mum used to make a moussey-type thing she called 'Wotsit'. Evaporated milk whisked until thickened and frothy and then half a block of Robinson's(?) fruit jelly (dissolved in a little hot water) stirred through and set. 😋

If you can still buy blocks of concentrated jelly I might now have to make one....

Heaven is ... sitting in the garden with a G&T and a cat while watching the sun go down

I'd say, with appropriate decor, an avocado suite might be quite delightful.
    Edit:
TB absolutely H, I've just had a scroll through Google images and couldn't even find one that was even quite nice😐

I used to make a milk jelly bunny for my daughter,  on a bed of chopped up green jelly for grass.  95p now for a jelly or £1.20 with the sugar substituted by some rubbish.
Gardening on the wild, windy west side of Dartmoor.

@Topbird, I'm not allergic but can't abide the taste of milk. I reckon evap might be worse than cream.

Wouldn't this look nice in your ensuite @B3 🙄?
