Trustpilot reviews continue to be either wonderful or appalling. The biggest problem seems to be pricing and refunds if you receive the wrong plant/ a dead plant you are unable to contact them and it seems they never refund?
I have worked as a Gardener for 24 years. My latest garden is a new build garden on heavy clay.
They are legally obliged to give you a refund if you make a timely request for one. If they are consistently refusing, I would again contact either Citizens Advice or Trading Standards.
