I'd take ten wolves over a cat any day of any week

Wolves might help to reduce the vast overpopulation of Deer, which are really hindering attempts to increase our forests.
We have an unjustified fear of Wolves.
I'd always assumed that it would be better for mankind to reduce the population of deer - basically cheap meat. Venison, and venison sausages, are delicious.😋
  • A thought occurred to me … I’d best just whisper it … maybe reintroduced wolves might just solve the feline problem?

    Hush my mouth 🤐 😱 🫣🤭🤪
Wolves might resolve some of the canine problem too.
  • Even tho that particular thread has now been closed, the various opinions and viewpoints can still be seen so I don't think it was a wasted effort on those responding.
Having said that, the OP obviously wanted a law introduced and no one here is likely to be able to help him/her in that respect.
Cats and dogs seem always to be a controversial subject - I wonder if they realise how often they are mentioned- if they were human, I bet they would be over the moon about the amount of publicity they receive ( No Such Thing As Bad Publicity )  ;)

I also read your post @BenCotto and whilst I don’t agree I value you opinion.

I did however, find it interesting that that thread was closed so quickly by the mods and yet the thread about private profiles has got no acknowledge of the issues raised.
Easy enough for the Mods to close  a thread.

Changing how a forum works is a more a matter for the hosting platform and I presume requires a degree of negotiation.
An acknowledgment would be better than complete silence. I don’t expect anything to be changed in regards to private profiles/ignore button but the Mods saying something on the matter would be better than nothing.

I’ve had an acknowledgment … so I believe have some others … that way we all know it’s being looked at. 😊

Might these cat threads be started by people who sell cat squirters  and sonic  cat deterrent  efforts ?
Start  yer usual  cat thread and sooner or sooner somebody  will recommend  one of these products

If they are, they're playing a long game. Usually when there's and ad coming, it appears fairly soon after the initial post.
