"LIKES"' ON THREADS

Lovely to see all the 'likes' on threads but some 'likes' go into the teens and usually you can only access the first ten or so. Does anyone know if you can actually access all the 'likes' rather than just the first ten or so?
Many thanks.

I've never used the "like" option, and I never will.
I think it has the ability to be abused

Resisting the urge to like Hostafan's post. It's the same with emojis for me grinning gawping little faces, clapping hands is that being sarcastic or approval, no not for me!
  • We were offered the choice of having a "Like" option or not back in 2019.  The consensus was to keep it.  I didn't particularly like the "Like" idea but I've become used to it and have used it myself.
There is always a bit of a difference between Liking a post and Agreeing with it but most poster seem to use it appropriately.  At the end of the day, how many Option buttons can be fitted in without driving us all mad  :D

In the absence (so far) of an answer to your question @Fran IOM, it might be worth contacting
@Catherine Mansley to see if she can help :) .

Thanks @AnniD I will do that and see if there is an answer.

I didn't quite expect the responses I got but good to hear others opinions.

@Fran IOM I think you get to see the most recent 10 likes, not the first.
Oxford. The City of Dreaming Spires.
And then my heart with pleasure fills,
And dances with the daffodils (roses). Taking a bit of liberty with Wordsworth :)

@Eustace Many thanks. You are absolutely right!
  • Am I missing something here? I've had a few "likes" for photos, or even comments, but all I get to see is how many "likes" there are, not who has made them.

Ah, well, I'm flabbergasted to have such a response at times. Although, it's encouraging to know that there are some people out there who are on the same wavelength as me, even if only in a small way.

To see who has made the "like'" the names should appear if you hover over the word "like".
