    It's the correct pronunciation by the islanders as far as I'm aware. 
    It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....

    Kie-row is how I would say it, like tie.  I still don't get that whole Kansas/Arkansas difference to be honest!

    Where you originate from in the UK can be challenging. For instance,
    gras or graas!
    cassle or carcel!
