  • Hmm good point @Butterfly66 I hadn't thought of that!
Lovely Maine Coone @LunarSea, I would like one for my next cat but feel like they'd be a lot more to deal with than a normal smaller cat??

Thankyou @Crazybeelady. Ours is pretty small for the breed but yes his dense fur takes a lot of grooming. There can be issues with any pure-breeds but you may be lucky. Murphy is the nearest thing to a dog you could get in a cat. He's so attentive and interested in everything we're doing. We wouldn't hesitate choosing a Maine Coon in future.

8pm tonight  (preceeded by Beechgrove at 7.30pm).

"Monty adds some interest to the spring garden. He also sows peas and shallots, has some thrifty tips for petunias, and plants lilies in pots.

Carol Klein visits Mothecombe Gardens in Devon, which has been designed specifically for pollinators, with swathes of nectar-rich daisies and lavender.

Arit Anderson joins a group of young carers at a community garden in West Sussex, where they go for respite, friendship and fun.

Plus more of the films that have been sent in by viewers."

  • Seen it, and almost fell asleep. Not because the programme was boring - on the contrary.

Felt chuffed because I potted on my chard today - much like MD does with his kale. A smug smile at my wife.  B)

Loved the dairy farmer with his polytunnels.

Didn't fall asleep for once.  More re-vamping of the paradise garden!   Will be glad to see the back of that pheasant grass but have to wonder about carex.   Happy to see a re-think of the jewel garden too with no more bananas.

    Love those snakes head fritillaries.
