Going to make a start on seed sowing today as it’s damp and grey but I am lucky enough to have a greenhouse to play in. Hope you all have a happy Wednesday planned.
Good afternoon all. All went well at the ophthalmologist's for me. Eyes are fine, I've just got to keep using the eye drops for three more weeks, reducing the dosage each week. Whilst I was there a small person came in with her Dad, well you would have thought she was being slaughtered! I am not kidding, I thought my ear drums had been ruptured. I did promise the specialist I wouldn't scream but that I might have to be referred to a hearing clinic. She laughed at that. She says if the iritis flares up again I just have to ring them direct and not bother going through the optician's. I did ask about my contact lenses. She looked at me and said that she preferred not to talk about them (smiling). I told her that I would not go into melt down if I had to stop using them and she just smiled and put her thumb up. I got the message. I will save more money there.
SGL, I was frozen by the time I got to the eye clinic and it was nice to sit and thaw out. It was definitely warmer when I left to return home.

LB, I'm glad that all is in order with your sight. Hope you didn't get wet on weather like that.
I didn't read back, so I know only what happened in last few posts. Here was another warm and sunny day, but it will not last long. For the weekend winter will strike once more, and we can expect wind, snow, and, of course, minus. I need bring in some plants which are on the balcony last few days. Saga with tiles continues, and new date is tomorrow afternoon. I don't believe them anymore, and I'll be sure when they go out. It's time for early dinner and cup of tea. I'm looking forward to Friday and visit to GC.
Afternoon Ante. I think we are due for some more winter too before we can feel really safe with any new plants. In my greenhouse the severe frosts earlier have killed off many of my plants which is quite sad. Sorry about the tiles - I know you were hoping that today was the final day. It is frustrating when workmen don't stick to their promises. What clemmie will you be looking for on Friday? Have you got one in mind or are you just going to browse what is available?

LB, I have perfect spot for one climbing plant, and I decided to buy clemmie. Don't know which one, I'll browse thru all what they have. I know only that colour must be red, purple, orange or some combination of them. It's not position for pale colours, like white or pink.
