Lovely pictures @Latimer. One of the bonuses, of having an active dog like Floss, is come rain or shine I'm out somewhere, but I fully understand what people are saying. It's all too easy to lose one's ' mojo', I hope you're back on the hills soon @Fairygirl 🤞.

@steveTu mojo appears to be fleeting at best!! Grab what little of it you can! 😊

Thanks @scroggin! I’ve not got a dog to drag me out of bed, just a quilt trying to keep me in it!!

@Fairygirl lovely pic! There’s something about bluebells!

Can anyone recommend a digitiser that would allow me to slowly work through my 100's of trannies?  There are lots on Amazon, but I don't have any photographer friends or work colleagues (retired) who could give me a recommendation.
About a dozen years ago, just before I retired, I was able to borrow a then fairly expensive Nikon coolpix slides scanner from the Arts department at the university where I worked then. They let me have it for the whole of the summer holidays. It took me more than a week to scan just under 900 slides. Whichever scanning system you use it is a laborious task, especially if you want to refine your scans, by using the software usually associated with the hardware. I do not regret having done it at the time, not sure I could gather the courage to do it now!
As these scanners are rather expensive (if you go for good quality), you might consider borrowing or renting one, but not so easy to find. Another possibility of course is to go to a specialized service firm, but again they are pretty expensive (if good quality service)...

What is considered expensive is probably up to yo to decide but you can get something for around £350 which all things considered is not too bad, especially as you have so many to scan so you wouldn't have to rush if you owned this
I’ve no idea what I’m doing.

@Fairygirl, great to see you're back on the hills. Lovely photos and a nice touch with the videos.

I really want to get some of those Rhodiola growing in the garden. B)

If you can keep your head, while those around you are losing theirs, you may not have grasped the seriousness of the situation.

Does it spread by seed @wild edges? I could collect some for you. I don't see it on every hill, or I've possibly just not noticed it, but there's always a load of it on The Brack - there and a couple of other spots. I'd have to be there at the right time though.
I'd always assumed it was a type of euphorbia rather than a sedum, but it's a really interesting little plant. Thanks for the ID  :)

Thanks - I tend to forget about videos, but the absence of any of the nice views form the summit etc, made me think about doing it. I had the hill to myself too. I usually take pix from the other end of the lochan as you get a good view across to the Arrochar hills. Same on the summit, but there was very little visibility for those that day as you can see below!

It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....

I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...
