I'm sorry - this is beyond belief. If you had to cope on a daily basis, all your life, with mental health illness @bede, maybe you'd stop being so ****ing rude to people.

@Fairygirl If you get banned I hope I get banned too. I agree gardening cannot be discussed without including it's benefit to mental health.
I should add that I flagged a post from you @bede a few months ago it was so bad it was removed immediately. I aways thought being helpful had a degree of kindness but I am obviously wrong.
I have worked as a Gardener for 24 years. My latest garden is a new build garden on heavy clay.
I imagine that some who suffer with their mental health are unaware of any problem and hence feel able to rubbish those who make mention of it. "Get a grip" is fine if you are hanging off a cliff edge and of a mind to struggle back up but for some, it can seem easier just to let go. In the most part, posters on here know bugger all about other posters lives - kind words, advice and encouragement don't cost much - may even help
the forum has always had rude disruptive people. Some do it deliberately and people rise to the bait every time. Others have their own mental health issues and need our support. How do we tell which is the case. I always think I can tell, but maybe not
