    @Fairygirl If you get banned I hope I get banned too. I agree gardening cannot be discussed without including it's benefit to mental health.

    I should add that I flagged a post from you @bede a few months ago it was so bad it was removed immediately. I aways thought being helpful had a degree of kindness but I am obviously wrong.
    I have worked as a Gardener for 24 years. My latest garden is a new build garden on heavy clay.

    the forum has always had rude disruptive people. Some do it deliberately and people rise to the bait every time. Others have their own mental health issues and need our support. How do we tell which is the case. I always think I can tell, but maybe not

    I don’t give a stuff if folk are rude to me … it’s when people are rude and unkind to new members that it really gets my goat. 😖

    Sadly @bede has been consistently rude since he joined. Much of his advice leaves a lot to be desired as well.

    Don't confuse being forthright with being rude.

    And don't dare to criticise my well-meaning help and advice with mere insinuation.
