Nice roses Tack! I had Hippie Fashion sitting in my basket too. It looks gorgeous on the pictures! I’m looking forward to seeing your photos of it in the summer.

I ended up not ordering anything because the main reason for my order was Jude the Obscure, but TCL now says that due to brexit they can’t ship DA roses to the UK:(

They should be fine @Tack, I’ve had orders that have taken two weeks to get here that were still ok. Some new ones (to me) to look forward to there. Eufemia looks to be your weakest, but good roots as always. Be interesting to see how that does for you, it had nice early blooms but not good in summer heat so I didn’t keep it.

Despite their excellent value I do get fed up with TCLs surprises and omissions, plus I always end up massively over-buying. My New Year’s rose resolution is to be much more selective and do only a couple of small orders. I’ve promised myself I will finally do a Roseraie Ducher order to get my mitts on Marie Ducher. Maybe one or two other specialist nurseries but no more greedy splurges!

@Oliya some have recently managed to get DA roses shipped to the UK contrary to DA licence impositions and despite what TCL’s website says. A mistake that they might have subsequently corrected, but if you really want Jude it might be worth slipping it into an order and crossing your fingers.

@Nollie I may try that. It’ll just be super disappointing if I receive my order with everything else in it but Jude when, in reality, it’s the only reason I placed the order 🙈

They usually send you an email order confirmation first @Oliya so if Jude is not on it you can cancel the whole order. Still, even that’s no guarantee with them, so yeah, probably a risk not worth taking unless you really, really want the other roses too.

Thank you for advice @Nollie… Decisions, decisions… And I wasn’t going to buy any roses at all this season!

I am still soooo tempted to try to get Crown Princess Margareta from there, Oliya. But there aren't all the 4 or 5 other roses I want from them in stock to make it worth it if they ship without CPM.

That’s the one I'm kicking myself over WAMS, I noticed they got Falstaff back in stock and added that, but failed to re-search for CPM.

If it is of any consolation Crown Princess margarita is beautiful when in flower but doesn't repeat that much for me.

And yes you can not be sure if TCL will send the DA rose. Last year they said to me they won't send DA but I still added an Eustacia Vye and Grace. I didn't receive EV but got Grace.
