I have been searching for a Crown Princess Margareta for some time so if anyone in the EU knows a source, please let me know!

Not sure if they ship http://www.filroses.com/DetaliiProdus/169/rose//crown_princess_margareta.html

@Imprevu, may I ask how much depth you allowed GdeF to fall forward like that in your photo please?

I need to calculate how much space to allow my new GdeF before I dig the planting hole!

Worst, DA were assuring people up to last week that LEH was going nowhere and they were going to make the ordering system fairer so everyone could get one next year.🤨

    oooo, that's no good.

@Rojas, to answer your query, yes no problem with digging up and potting roses but best done in the dormant period; prune back for ease of handling and also trim the roots back if necessary. If they haven’t been in the ground long, no problem with planting new roses in the old spots. If they’ve been there for longer than 2yrs, dig out all the old soil and swap with garden soil which hasn’t grown roses before to avoid replant disease. It theoretically helps to sprinkle Mycorrhizal Fungi in the refreshed planting hole and over the roots of the new occupant. Some people do one or the other but I tend to do both to be on the safe side and I also tend to do both even if the roses have only been in the ground a year, but that’s just me being paranoid!
