that's quite a collection of yellows @Eustace@pitter-patter@Rojas@Tack@Nollie we do have many yellows don't we.. did not realise that until I started posting them by colours.. will see about pinks when we get to them..
Tell us your dream Tack.. I had dreamt about the new Austin release two weeks ago
Lady of the lake is doing well there.. here I feel everything has come to a pause for now @Mr. Vine Eye will need to identify the rose that I am going to follow up with pics.. I keep changing my mind.. may be I should photograph a first year rose and see how it catches up to others..
@WAMS I too love that about Henri Delbard.. was not sure if it will fit with yellow or orange.. such a bargain for 1 pound..
CB is once blooming isn't it @Marlorena I don't think FP produces as many blooms as this..
Thank god I did not go for Guy savoy Nollie.. I went for new stripes this year.. hope they are productive than the previous ones I had..
Thanks a million.. floriferous, vigourous, nice glossy leaves with hardly any blackspot.. but mild spicy scented for me.. so hardly took any pic..
Scentimental... from previous garden.. wonderful when in bloom.. difficult to find a bi-colour to match its stripes (prefer red on white rather than white on red) but much shorter season.. prone to diseases.. looking at the pics, I should have given it one more year...
@Marlorena - me too! As in, thought it would be much worse. They propped the door against that corner of wall. The edge of the door right in the middle of where the canes crossover. Parts of the door frame resting on it in multiple places too.
i thought I’d have to do a severe cut back and lose all that framework. I’d have been furious! Fortunately, and I have no idea how, just sheer dumb luck, the placement of it must have just missed anything vital.
Im still bewildered as the the thought process, or lack thereof, of those workmen though.
One of my boys asked me what an “imbecile” was this morning 🤣 must have heard me ranting.
Boule de Neige arrived today, it was convenient timing as I’d started removing turf ready to shift the plants around (and make space for it!) so after a soak it went straight in the ground! I hope it’s happy there!
(Apologies for the out of focus pic, my phone refuses to focus on rose stems!!!)
Oh I can join in with stripy!
Here is a little bloom on my ferdinand pichard cutting!
nothing like a new delivery of bareroot/ potted rose isn't it @zugenie How did you find FP in terms of scent, flowering, repeat..?
@Mr. Vine Eye abundance of flowers on Malvern hills would be enough to cover the absence of more yellows.. didn't you have Ghislaine de F as well?
@WAMS should I break pinks to paler ones and darker ones.. by paler I meant the ones like baby pinks of Scepter'd Isle, Earth angel or shell pinks of Chandos Beauty/ Liliana.. and then other pink shots?
Edit.. I think it will be too much of a hassle.. let us post all the pinks.. Paint Sunday pink

Lots of gorgeous pics, this thread is going out on a bang.. another week or so anyway..
I must say Ruby 'Mella' is terribly sweet, I had to look it up, a Pheno Geno - and yes those stamens on Mrs Oakley Fisher are something to behold..
@Rojas
Your 'Molineux' is just lovely in that photo, really striking colour..
@cooldoc
CB does have a long season, just when we think it's finished it conjures up a few more blooms.. but not in the autumn though..
@Nollie wow Julia Child is impressive!!
@Tack that stripy is very sweet
Oh I can join in with stripy!

This thread is going to break the Internet when @cooldoc announces it's pink rose time.😁
I am one glass of 🍷 away from ordering Giardina, I reckon.
And Malvern Hills of course
