Oh @Hostafan1, you must make more of an effort! 😅😱🙄

Thank you for all your kind comments about Charlie, I can't tell you how pleased we both are, although they sent the reading list through today..... He needs to start now to get thru it all by Christmas. 😱 We've ordered them already to give him a head start. In my opinion, great literary classics, perhaps not so to a 15 year old, going to be a steep learning curve for him. 😁

Had a lovely day today, collected my new car, had lunch at a nice Italian restaurant in Limoges then spent a while gardening, well dead heading and yanking out b****y bindweed, easy light supper and now settling down to read a book, which is still falling apart but I'm managing to piece it together.

Glad to hear your garden is coming together @Busy-Lizzie and you've had a good day too.

    Evening.

It’s been a busy week - work all day, tennis all evening!
Feeling tired out tonight, hope it’s not the lurgy as been exposed to it so much in work.

Plenty happening with you all (apart from in Hosta’s fridge). Take care all.

    GOod morning all 😊 ☕️

we slept in and i woke up in the wrong place @punkdoc 🤪  … I had a very strange dream about two football teams called the Annuals and the Perennials having a  fistfight in Halesworth street 😵‍💫

Gosh - no cheese before bedtime tonight @Dovefromabove 😵‍💫

Had a lovely day at Hampton Court - some of the show gardens were very lovely this year. Sue Kent has done a great job - just my sort of planting.  I’ll be there on Friday too @Allotment Boy manning the Perennial Shop and Drop - stop by and say hello 👋🏻

Slept in this morning, didn’t wake till 8 after a horrid dream. What’s going on, Dove? Dreamt I’d got separated from OH and daughter, and was lost in a very dark and sleazy Paris, with no phone, cash or credit card. Took me a while to shake off the feeling of doom. Out to the garden shortly, I’m going to plant out a Fatsia japonica. It’s in a pot on the patio, too sunny there and its leaf colour tends to fade.
