The worst experience I had of that was when youngest was a baby, and I was taking the older fairylet to Play Group. Narrow pavement, and a bit that floods at the drop of a hat beside it. Whole pram was soaked, and all blankets etc. Fortunately, little 'un was dry.
It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....

I know what you mean about 'black affrontit' looks, they can kill can't they? Just like you could have murdered the prat who drenched wee fairylet's pram.
Frankly, this morning - I couldn't have cared less who heard Fortunately, with the pram, older fairylet was reasonably well protected, and she had a waterproof on. I had a helluva job trying to get the pram dried out though, especially as I had to go back a couple of hours later to fetch her.
