Looks like a good year for moths. Does that mean last year was a good year for the caterpillars?

The mild winter probably helped a lot. I think I had 10 new species of moth for my garden last night. Just waiting for some confirmations now but fingers crossed.
If you can keep your head, while those around you are losing theirs, you may not have grasped the seriousness of the situation.

I hope some of you are considering exhibiting your photos locally.

I’d like to get a moth trapping set up. I know I can make one but is there a set I can buy that you would recomm? Thanks

I can't really recommend mine. It works well enough but it was expensive for what it is when I bought it and the price has risen a lot since then. The real bonus for me is that it flat-packs when not in use.

I was looking at that one. It’s cheaper here. I’m looking for one that packs flat and is easy to travel with. It seems very popular.
