    Thanks for the link @wild edges looking closely I wonder if it could be Southern Wainscot, those black spots along the bottom edge of the forewing look right and those in the middle are not too far off either.

    Had it confirmed as Southern Wainscot by the Twitter Moth-ers @wild edges

    Apparently the only Wainscot with black spots on the lower edge of the forewings.

    Its the way the white spots that reflect that get me.  They are like those light reflective bands that runners wear.  I only had the one in the trap the other day, but it was the highlight.
