I've found 2 things that helped me lose weight without even trying.
One was going vegetarian.
The second was getting covid earlier this year.
I lost my appetite completely for nearly 2 weeks and lost weight accordingly. I've got it back now and eating like a horse, but still at the bottom of my ideal weight range. Don't recommend this method though, even if I can eat chocolate entirely guilt free, as it was not a pleasant experience!
I don't think hunger makes you lose weight but makes you weak. When the body gets hot, people stop eating and drinking. In this case, the person should consume cold foods and beverages.
Glad the vast majority of you are so sensible and punkdoc that made me laugh. If only parsley WERE the answer, my patients would be over the moon with me...

I didn't mean to go for the parsley tea and drink it all day. I will eat more food throughout the day, which will make me feel fit and healthy.
Buttermilk is a portion of very good food for human consumption. I never thought about it, and I just started using it.
