    What nonsense!

To lose weight you eat better and exercise more.

    That’s it.
  • I can believe that it has health benefits but unless the overall diet is improved, drinking tea is not going to make you lose weight.

I suspect the OP and Racerhell are working for the same outfit … one sets up the thread with a query and the other provides the answer along with a live link to their website.
    I’ve flagged it.

Pansy,it's recommended for fresh breath...my dogs have parsley toothpaste. I expect if you drink tea made of it......and only that for a few days, you'll loose weight!!! Made sure you're near a toilet,it's mildly diuretic!

With you on that @pansyface. It's a load of baloney anyway - the thread, as we all know  :)

As a child I saw someone drinking buttermilk. I can still see the man, the mug and his throat moving. A traumatic experience.

I may be unusual but I only drink water, espresso, tea and orange juice.

Do people not think that if parsley was some miracle weight-loss aid we’d all be gorging on cake and pies and cheese and swilling it all down with parsley tea?

Buttermilk though? It makes me shiver just thinking about downing something so gloopy and rich. Blurgh!

My son drank fermented mare's milk when in Russia ... that may explain a lot ...
