We’ve had rain, sometimes torrential, every afternoon/evening for a good week or so now, so yes it’s all greening up nicely, but the rivers are still not flowing and the aquifers and reservoirs are very low, so the local council has just introduced a novel hosepipe ban. Meanwhile, I have overflowing water butts which I can’t use up fast enough. We’ve had to empty an excess from the pool several times, which makes me feel guilty. Wish I could pass on some rain to those in need!

Someone definitely grows this but can’t remember who, can you help Hilary with her query?

Hi,  Has anybody grown 'Eye of the Tiger' rose?  If so, what's your opinion of it?  Is it worth a go? Is it very floriferous?

Peter Beales have 40% off potted roses until midnight Wed 31st Aug.  Unfortunately the ones I wanted are out of stock. Sill dithering.
