Beautiful Stormy Weather @Nollie thank you for sharing. Probably I will place an order with TCL. Healthy Wild rover and Ebb tide roses arrived today from Peter Bales.
We only had a slight drizzle and I am praying for the heavy rain to be honest.
I have just started preparing the list that will be get rid off this year.

@WhereAreMySecateurs and someone other with Lavender Lassie, I feel sad every time I look at your LL because mine is completely defoliated and no blooms this year, sigh.

@Nollie your Stormy Weather is gorgeous, but I’ve already ordered Night Owl which I think is similar but taller? I’ll se how it does here and see if to take SW next year.
My Marie Pavie went dormant and it’s still asleep.

I am falling in love too with purple and less petaled roses @Rojas and, yes, I agree, we can definitely put the blame on this forum, lol.

I didn’t find Wild Rover, Ebb Tide and Forever Royal, unfortunately.

edit to add: @Marlorena I think you have Tottering and if you don’t mind I’d like to know how latge and tall does it get, thank you!

I’ve never grown Night Owl so I can’t really comment on it apart from what I read on HMF, but it does seem to get taller @dabolem. The grey green foliage and semi-double blooms certainly look similar to SW. I shovel pruned Wild Rover as it was a defoliated, diseased, crispy nightmare in my hot and humid climate (as was Forever Royal) but Marlorena grows WR beautifully, so it should do better for Rojas 🤞
Mountainous Northern Catalunya, Spain. Hot summers, cold winters.

My Night Owl hasn’t done very well this year, but it’s probably my fault as I haven’t watered it that much.

Just another day at the plant...

Thank you @WhereAreMySecateurs, I didn’t see Marlorena comment on Helpmefind. As per LL I will try and move it this october and hope it will improve, otherwise I could try and buy another one.

You got a truly deluge there, here I am still waiting for some water and hoping to not lose any other plants meanwhile.

So, based on your experience @Nollie maybe Wild Rover and Forever Royal are not fit for my garden too

day and night temps are cooling right down in London for the foreseeable. Hopefully life will get more showery.

We had steady rain from about 7am to 4pm yesterday the first since last winter. Everything looks better, and it's the first morning I have gone into the conservatory and it's felt cool 16°
