My laptop did a load of updates the other day @Busy-Lizzie .. is yours running a bit slow because it's nstalling new updates ?... I'd leave it switched on and chuntering away for a few hours and then switch off for a little while and then on again ... that might speed it up a bit

Good afternoon. Good that you got your lap top going Busy .I would have had to ask for for help . Beautiful picture BL ,love the colour .Hazel that was quick . I do think it’s been a bit warmer today. I haven’t worn makeup for years, it makes my skin itch .I liked wearing when I could . Had a few hours in the garden . Got my last clemmie planted and a lovely poppy .Shattered now ,having a cuppa .
Good afternoon everyone. Well the rain has finally arrived as forecast but I had done all I wanted to do outside for today. It was lovely being outside too.
Biglad, your crocuses look stunning. It is actually just as well you didn't introduce your new neighbours to NJN. So are you telling us that they haven't been subjected to a complaint yet? Their time will come!
Well done Ruby on getting your new plants put into the garden. Is it time for a cuppa and feet up now, or have you already done that?
Hazel my cornflowers - Blue Ball - came through very quickly too and those are one of the seed types I pricked out the other day. They are now in the GH. Hope that you find your make up. I have only ever worn eye make up.
Cacoethes: An irresistible urge to do something inadvisable
I'm afraid not @Ladybird4. NJN fell out with the new folk within weeks of them moving in (over the same historical 'issues' that he fell out with the previous occupants for). They've had at least a couple of visits from the police as well
Pure coincidence that NJN has only directly confronted females during his quest for neighbourhood war? It's going to be fun when we get some nice weather and everybody is out in their gardens
Can't remember why I was so tardy (probably work ) but I only sowed cornflower seeds in June last year Good to hear of successful sowings this early. Mental note made for next time I get chance!
Good afternoon all. Hazel how lovely that both you and mum could have a giggle together, precious moments. LB good news that handy brother has a moving date, although young Theo will miss him, hopefully he can help the new neighbours and play with the children. I hope he’ll be very settled and happy there. Ante I hope Mirkos had a little more to eat today and it’s not too challenging giving him his medication. Chive I hope you feel fully recovered now. It’s forecast rain here too. I visited the relies and fell asleep for a few hours and woke up to some food after a previously uncomfortable night. I hope everyone’s had a good Sunday and will be able to unwind this evening. Earlier this week I ate the last of the few Christmas chocolates that were left over. Big lad a lovely picture, they look very healthy. Hazel often I just put some blush on over my moisturiser and sometimes I wear a little more. I hope you find something you like.
Rosie, I really can't understand how you managed to keep Christmas chocolate till now. In my house it disappears till New Year 😂.
I have good news. Mirko finally ate a bit. Little steps, but it's a progres. I'm quite happy and relieved. It was lovely, sunny day, rather cold. My neighbour invited me on coffee but I refused. I have a lot to do tomorrow and must prepare few things. On the side that it's Monday and school, I must drive my father to spa. Not a long drive, but it will take me two hours to go there and back.
Ante, that is wonderful news about Mirko. When cats eat it does mean that they are feeling fine. Try not to think about tomorrow - we know it isn't your favourite day! Are you taking your father tomorrow after school is over or were you going tonight?

LB, I must drive him before school. School starts at 9 am, and he must check in from 8 to 10 am. When he comes in, he can't leave facilities for three weeks. That's corona measures and only one person can visit him at the same time.
