    😐

  • Having spent an extremely frustrating day on line and on the phone ( not free ) to a well known investment company , I finally managed to get a human who reluctantly promised to send me the required paperwork via the postal system.
10 days later I received a letter to say the paper work was enclosed and if I had anything further to discuss, they offered a Freephone no. for their Customer Services.  Of course, no paperwork was enclosed and being a Saturday, Customer Services are on their hols.
Just as well the sun has finally made an appearance today.
  • Aaarrgghhh, @philippasmith2
I know the feeling, and it more than irritates.
Whatever happened to good service? Why can't people do their jobs properly?

I don't think I'd bother them with my custom if they can't even stuff an envelope after a week of trying.

  • I’ve always found that a formal request  for a copy of their
Complaints Procedure in writing, tends to focus an organisation’s mind somewhat.

  • Agree wholeheartedly @B3 - trouble is they have had my custom ( aka my money )for the past 30 years  but I can't get it out without the paperwork !!
@rowlandscastle444 I'm afraid the air was blue when I opened the envelope this morning ...........maybe that was why the sun suddenly appeared and I could see some blue sky - Climate empathy maybe :D
