ex CID, said never do online banking,he could access our accounts get passwords in a couple of minutes”.

I don’t follow that. If he can do that then why don’t ne’er do wells? And if they can do it why aren’t the online accounts of millions of customers, me included, cleared of funds?

When we went shopping this morning I thought I would just look for a border fork, goodness knows why as the french don't do such things light enough for me to use so of course there wasn't anything of use so I thought I would order one on line, yes i found one but didn't notice it will be delivered between end of August and February next year! The weeds will be as tall as the house by then!

I have never found a decent border fork here or in Belgium @Floralies.  They're all either too big or have a pole handle instead of a T and I like a T.

We can get Marmite and even salad cream (yuk!) and I could, I asuppose, have a go at making crumpets @B3.

Mint jelly is always on the wishlist if any UK visitors come by car.  Maybe I should add a decent border fork for the next lot to fetch with them but that won't be till next year now as the next 2 lots are flying in.

I like to mix a little salad cream with mayonnaise. It's less cloying then.

Bought rusty peony type supports and grid-like ones for delphiniums while in England last month. They don't exist here. But am happy with their garden tools.

Marmite - the Devil's food.  I can't stand the smell of the stuff but my missus loves it.  As she's still on crutches she can't get her Marmite on toast for herself so I have to do it.  I must have been really bad in a previous life.
  • But you also must really love her!
