    Just got mine.  In 3 years' time I have to include a doctor's certificate when I get my next one, just in case I've gone doolally in the meantime...
    Since 2019 I've lived in east Clare, in the west of Ireland.

    In Ireland, it's 73... I think...  no, I've just checked and it's 75.  Perhaps I'm going doolally already...   :#

    Not so in UK thank goodness,  just renewed mine all I needed was a new photo,  not even countersigned.

    that fact that it's just a form to get a new license makes me curmudgeonly. 
    We should be retested. Not just an assessment, the same driving test that a new driver would have to sit
