Ordered something from TKMaxx a week ago, but didn’t receive an email with a tracking code until the weekend. Included pictures of the DPD logo, and when I pressed the tracking button, it took me to the DPD website, but no recognition of the code. I thought it might not cooperate until the parcel had been dispatched, so duly checked back at intervals. Ring at the doorbell this afternoon, the Evri delivery person with my parcel! I went to the Evri site, put the code in, and there is all the delivery information including the expected delivery time. Would have been useful earlier! Not amused!
