I've been with AA since 1983 and never had a complaint.
You must spend your time driving on 'proper roads'. I had been with them since 1990 and had had reason to be thankful for their help a number of times over the next 15 or so years. Then things changed

I wish sellers on Ebay would at least hide the plastic shop tags on their 'VERY RARE VINTAGE' items. I saw the same thing in Home Bargains a few weeks ago for a fiver. People have still bid on it though so good luck to them I guess.
If you can keep your head, while those around you are losing theirs, you may not have grasped the seriousness of the situation.
@raisingirl. Â Someoneâs opened a complaints section on Facebook, Â seems this sort of treatment it happening a lot now. i use to belong to the AA but when they got took over by someone else, I changed to the RAC, Â full package on my Tesco points so costs me nothing.
What I donât like about the AA is that they wonât bring you home in one hit,  youâre dropped off at the nearest motorway services at the edge of each county and relayed home.  RAC bring you home in one hit. My son is looking at Green Flag now. The worse thing about is that the part the car needed costs ÂŁ5.00 and half hour to fit,  one of the rubber bushes/boots whatever that is on the suspension.Â

Iâd advise against Green Flag ⊠I had the most horrendous experience with them stuck in the edge of a motorway by the Dartford Tunnel exit for over an hour with no hard shoulder, all because the chap theyâd sent out a mile previously said that I (being a woman) had stalled the car and jammed the starter motor and he wouldnât believe me that it was an electrical problem ⊠he hit the starter motor with a hammer, jump started the car and told me not to stop until I got to Norwich. If was the most terrifying experience of my life. When I complained Green Flag said they were sorry but the service depended on which local garage was available to respond at the time and who they chose to send!!!Â
Iâve gone back to AA now; theyâve been out to me a few times and Iâve always been very happy with the service.Â

I don't understand the complaint about the supermarket not wanting the meat back. They would not have been able to sell it, or even pass it on to charity. They have taken the pragmatic approach of allowing the customer to keep it, and use it if they so wish.
I thought the issue was that they'd made three careless mistakes in picking the order (wrong size/price, short-dated and packaging damaged) not that they then didn't want it returned.

Writing my diary last night in bed, brand new duvet cover on the bed. Using my favourite ballpoint pen and the ink was running out. Heading to the office to get a refill, I managed to drop the pen on the bed. Turns out there was at least enough ink in it to draw a line on the duvet cover. Grrrr, hope it comes out ok. Itâs not very obvious, there is a pattern of trees on it, but what are the odds of that happening?
