The information is in the reply from IncredibleDirect to the review KT53, bottom left hand side.

I'm not seeing what everyone else is seeing re buyers' details on that site. Have I missed something? I can't see @Liriodendron review either - they all seem to be for headphones or wireless doorbells  :/
They also seem to swing from the dog's doodahs, to what comes out the back end of the dog. I see several people are saying they've been told they'll get refunds in exchange for removing their negative review! Jeez. Where do you begin with the problems with a company, if that's how they operate?

However, I just read one review that had a reply starting 'Hey Belinda'
That's a red flag right away if that's the way they address customers IMO.

I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...
  • I'm happy and relieved to say that my personal details have now been removed from my review.  Thanks once again to those who spotted the problem - I probably wouldn't have looked at my review again without your input.   :)<3

I'm not sure whether to update my review again and say Incredibledirect's reply is a pack of lies (which it is - they've never tried to ring me, and have only emailed as a direct result of my Trustpilot review and updates), or whether to just let it go now...

In the words of the song from Frozen, l would "Let it go" @Liriodendron. It's not worth the grief (in my opinion).
  • I think you're right, @AnniD.  It's not worth losing sleep over.   :)

They are putting the reviewers details in their reply.  Things like "We emailed you on [email protected], wrote to you at (address) and texted on (number), but haven't had a reply"

If it was one mistake I would agree with you, but it seems to be their standard way of operation.  Possibly hoping the reviewers will see their details published and remove the bad review.

I agree with you KT53 and if that's really the case what a shabby way for IncredibleDirect to use to deal with a complaint and do business.

Ah - thanks for that @KT53. I wasn't reading their replies, mainly because I was looking for @Liriodendron's review, and I just read some of the other reviews as well. Schoolboy error  ;)

    Absolutely shocking practice though.
I'm afraid I disagree though - I wouldn't let that lie. It seems that calling out these companies on social media is the best way to get through to them, but certainly, making Trustpilot, and anyone else, aware of their behaviour will help others. If they deal on any of the other sites like eBay etc, it's also worth notifying them.

I agree ... Trustpilot should be made aware.
