I've submitted a complaint, but I don't have all the details of the company and @Liriodendron's name used on the site etc, so I don't know if it'll work. I explained that the info I had was limited.
It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....

The washing machine repair man has been and it's all working now. The fault was caused by the previous repair work as the technician ran the new wires incorrectly and they eventually failed under stress.
I can't blame this on Currys and I can't really blame it on Samsung as they use third party repair engineers. The previous engineers might have fixed their work if I kicked off but that would have taken time and saved by very little money. So I'm out £48 with no one to claim it back from but at least I can have clean clothes again and it's still better than having to buy a new machine.
If you can keep your head, while those around you are losing theirs, you may not have grasped the seriousness of the situation.
Glad you're all clean and shipshape again @wild edges. I could smell you from here when the wind was in the right direction Still worth contacting Samsung re the engineers they're using. I know it doesn't always do much good, but if they're never notified of problems, they can't address them.

Yeah I really should splash out on a spare pair of pants. If you'll excuse the phrasing
I emailed the previous engineers, not to complain but just as feedback in case it helps someone else.

Thanks so much to @Golarne@AnniD@Uff@Fairygirl@Dovefromabove - I wouldn't have noticed what Incredibledirect were up to if it hadn't been for you. Thanks especially to @AnniD for sending me a PM. I've reported the problem to Trustpilot (at [email protected]); I guess the personal info would disappear if I removed my review, but that's probably what the scumbags want... and I want unsuspecting potential purchasers to be warned off. I'm not sure how long I ought to leave it though. I feel a bit vulnerable...
Since 2019 I've lived in east Clare, in the west of Ireland.
I'm not sure if what I sent will have an effect @Liriodendron, but it's dreadful. Your details shouldn't appear on any review you leave I often get asked to leave reviews on Trustpilot for things I've bought online, but I'm not sure I've ever done it. I leave feedback and always try to be genuine.
I'm not sure any of these review systems are legit, after the recent nonsense I had with Millets about the last pair of walking shoes I had.

I've just looked at the reviews for IncredibleDirect. I only read 3 pages and I saw lots of bad reviews and 6 of them had printed the customer's name, email address and phone number. The review can be flagged but not by anyone else except the customer. With a bit of luck, more people will read these posts about IncredibleDirect and act accordingly ie let their fingers do the walking and look elsewhere.
I know one thing for sure I shall never buy from Incredible Direct. When I was in retail I used to tell staff that one dissatisfied customer tells at least 20 other potential ones who in turn tell others.
Edit to say I wonder if IncredibleDirect know they are breaching data protection laws?
I've just looked at IncredibleDirect reviews and what they are doing is absolutely disgusting. Posting personal details is totally unacceptable. They do need to be reported.

Gardening in Central Norfolk on improved gritty moraine over chalk ... free-draining.
Oh - that's just as bad when I think about it....
I see the 'new' flame baiter is still following me after yesterday
