    The holly was decent for 7.99, in my opinion. And the description of bushy is accurate, to be honest. The plant has multiple branches, without a defined main stem. That means the nursery has pruned it to promote bushy growth. Often hollies in 3-4l pot size will come with a rather lanky main stem and just a couple of side branches.

     @Loxley thanks. I didn’t consider that number of branches was the qualifier for  ‘bushiness’ when it comes to holly. I was thinking general fullness of foliage. Thank you for the perspective :)

    @gjautos. Thank you. Uxbridge  is only a 30 min drive from me.
