So many beautiful gardens to 'explore' ... all so different and all inspirational! I will share mine when we have managed to clear some of the weeds! 🙂 @Dovefromabove ... you posted a photo on 12 June ... did I spy your ash tree, still standing?! I tried to follow your posts in a different thread but lost track. Ash die back ... sadly we have a couple of trees that I am 99% sure has this. Did you pollard yours successfully? I'm not sure what to do with ours. ☹️
One of @WonkyWomble ‘s customers was throwing out some stuff … she didn’t want these bulbs so they were passed to me … look what’s greeted me in the studio this morning

@Busy-Lizzie You may have misconstrued my comment about my garden! In no way is it in competition with anyone else's garden and not the "wow" factor but a case of planting with no thought of whether it is in the right place, how much room will it need etc as long as it grows! In my defence it is a somewhat large allotment landscaped into a garden and I am no chicken so have to keep up with it the best I can when weather allows. Luckily only a few steps across the road from the house. Will gather up some pics later so you can see the evidence.
@Fran IOM I thought you meant your garden wasn't perfect either when you made that remark Whose is? We can't make gardens like flower show gardens as we use plants that flower at different times and we don't put them in fridges or polytunnels to make them flower together. There are squirrels, moles, next door's cat, young footballers etc, but the best thing is that a garden makes us happy and gives us something to look forward to.
Dordogne and Norfolk. Clay in Dordogne, sandy in Norfolk.
